
In late spring of 2011 we selected a new balsamic artisan in Modena Italy to provide us with our traditional 18 year old dark balsamic vinegar.
A wonderful opportunity came about with this change as we are finally able to import from this same artisan a magnificent 18 year old white balsamic vinegar. The maker then suggested to us that he would custom blend natural flavors with the white and the dark and we now bring to you a tangy white-based Tangerine balsamic and a marvelous dark based Blackberry balsamic.
Visitors to our friend's wine tasting rooms in the Edna Valley tried all of these and the response was incredible. We could barely keep them on the shelves.
