Sticky Balsamic Ribs Recipe
8- Garlic Cloves
2 TBS- Fresh Rosemary, Finely Chopped
2 TBS- Dark Brown Sugar, Packed
2 TBS- Robbins Family Farm Traditional Balsamic
1 TSP- Cayenne Pepper
Salt and Pepper
8 POUNDS- Baby Back Ribs
2 CUPS- Hot Water
1 CUP- Robbins Family Farm Traditional Balsamic
1/2 CUP- Dark Brown Sugar, Packed
Mince garlic and salt into a paste. Combine rosemary, sugar, balsamic, cayenne, 1 tsp salt, and 1 tsp pepper. Rub garlic paste and mixture onto ribs, leave ribs to marinate 8-24 hours.
Combine water, balsamic, and sugar in a skillet. boil stirring occasionally for 15 minutes until thick and reduced by about half.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Add 1 cup of water to a roasting pan with the ribs. Cover the pan tightly and bake until tender. About 1 hour 45 minutes. Uncover the pan and brush ribs with glaze. Bake ribs uncovered for an additional 6 minutes.
