Our Tuscan is a true old world olive oil both in its production and flavor. Our trees are from first generation cuttings of the trees that produced the first American olive oil to win a prestigious blind tasting in Italy. We planted our trees in the "old world" field blend method. The ratio of the four varietals, Frantoio, Leccino, Maurino and Pendolino, remains the same year after year guaranteeing consistent flavor.
A robust oil with lots of fruit flavors that finishes with the traditional pepper in the throat.
