Pork Tenderloin Marinated in Blackberry Balsamic and Mandarin Olive Oil

PORK TENDERLOIN MARINATED IN BLACKBERRY BALSAMIC AND MANDARIN OLIVE OIL

INGREDIENTS:
1- Pork tenderloin
Robbins Family Farm Blackberry Balsamic vinegar
Robbins Family Farm Eve’s Mandarin Blend Olive Oil
2- Fresh garlic cloves finely chopped
1 teaspoon- Fresh Rosemary finely chopped
1 teaspoon- Fresh Thyme final chopped
Salt and Pepper to taste

DIRECTION:
Mix garlic, herbs, salt, pepper, Balsamic and oil into a paste, using equal parts balsamic and oil to the desired consistency. Rub herbed paste onto the tenderloin until completely covered. Place tenderloin into a Zip-Lock bag adding additional balsamic and oil if desired. Place bag into the fridge to marinate overnight. Grill on the BBQ until fully cooked. Slice tenderloin to serve.
